Kigawa Tubasaflex

Bizarrely, McKeown has this missing from his Guide, but shows a Tubasaflex Junior - which I've never seen.

Also oddly, all Kigawas non-TLR base models (excluding tradename variants) are called Tsubasa models -
note the inserted "s".  No idea why the difference...
